Over time, this can help you make sense of your experience, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

About me

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent nearly 30 years working in teaching.

I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in something that once made sense—but no longer does.

That experience led me to retrain as a counsellor,
and continues to shape how I work today.

My approach is calm, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief
that you are the expert in your own experience.
