My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own experience. As a person-centred therapist, I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, with empathy and respect.

Starting therapy takes courage, and it's okay to feel uncertain. You don't have to have everything figured out - just a sense that something needs to change.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we’ll go at your pace, in a way that feels supportive and meaningful to you. This could involve gently exploring your past, focusing on the present, or finding ways to manage difficult emotions day-to-day.

I believe passionately that with deeper self-knowledge and self-acceptance, we can all face a brighter future. If you're ready to explore yours, I'd be honoured to help and walk alongside you.

I hold an enhanced DBS certificate, happy to work with young people and adults and those with neurodiversity such as ADHD, autism and dyslexia.

I practice online and face to face in North London - Enfield - as well as in people’s own homes if they choose. The counselling spaces are comfortable welcoming rooms.

I am always happy to answer any questions about how we’d work together or what to expect from therapy.
