A beautiful sunset over water

I'll provide a calm, confidential space where you can explore anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, neuro-diversity, a feeling of being stuck, any issues that are getting in your way - without judgment.

Starting therapy takes courage, and it's okay to feel uncertain. You don't have to have everything figured out - just a sense that something needs to change.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, we’ll go at your pace, in a way that feels supportive and meaningful to you. This could involve gently exploring your past, focusing on the present, or finding ways to manage difficult emotions day-to-day.

Through compassionate and insightful conversation, we'll build a kinder relationship with yourself, develop practical coping strategies, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and authentic.

I'll be with you to encourage self compassion and acceptance that leads to healing and growth.

Accessing support should feel straightforward and approachable - I'm always happy to discuss how we might work together. We'll arrange a free introductory call with no pressure - a chance to see if we're a good fit and answer any questions.
